Warranty
We are confident in the ability of our systems to reduce energy consumption, but for peace of mind of our customers Powerstar voltage optimisation units have up to 15 year warranty from date of purchase.
Our warranty includes parts and labour for the period. It excludes damage due to overloading the Powerstar system (i.e. if your company purchases and installs a 300kVA Powerstar system and loads it to 400kVA, this will damage the system).
We 100% guarantee how much you will save
Minimum savings are guaranteed as per our proposal.
If you do not achieve the full guaranteed saving percentage (i.e. you achieve 9% instead of the guaranteed 10%) then we will provide a one-off payment to compensate for the difference between your actual savings and our guaranteed savings. (Based on the site and usage remaining the same)
Powerstar systems have been installed into a variety of sites throughout the world and have worked successfully to reduce energy consumption and electricity costs at these sites.
Health & Safety
EMSc (UK) Ltd operates within the guidelines of health and safety risk assessments and method statements and within the clients site-specific requirements.
In most cases the connection is done outside normal working hours, therefore any risks to employees and the general public are minimised. Any work done during normal working hours will occur within authorised personnel areas where site-specific safe working conditions apply and will be followed.
All installation subcontractors have gone through a compentency procedure that ensures they are capable of installing Powerstar, that they do so safely and they will also comply to local and other authorities regulations and by-laws. They also conform to the provisions of every Act of Parliament applicable to the work, as well as with the clients health and safety rules.
EMSc (UK) Ltd has never had any Health and Safety Executive enforcement action or reported incidents.
